Duration: 6Months Contract Job Description: The Configuration Analyst is responsible for providing technical services and processes to meet client needs. The position involves daily interaction with clients and team members to execute service delivery and to address any issues and concerns. Provide configuration services using Configuration Center for NCR’s Aloha product suite, including Aloha Quick Service, Aloha Table Service and MenuLink. Execute configuration changes to Aloha products in response to new client promotions, pricing changes, or other updates that directly affect the in-store operation of the Point-of-Sale system. Execute configuration changes to MenuLink back-office software in response to a client’s supply-chain or labor-management related updates.…
