Job Description: The Manager - Software Engineering (Conversions ) leads a team responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting software solutions and processes used for customer data conversion and migration activities. This role partners closely with Implementation, Product, Project Management, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery while driving operational efficiency, automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement across the conversion lifecycle.
