About this role

The ParkX Remote Management Center Attendant assists the team with the operation of a complex parking site with multiple employees. The sites could be manned and unmanned, automated, or manual parking sites. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) according to company policy, including completing the applicable form Familiarity with Microsoft office and computer systems in a fast-paced environment Leverage Microsoft Office Suite, point-of-sale systems, and parking management software to track transactions, produce reports, and monitor site performance Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automated parking equipment, software integrations, and access control systems…
