About this role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the business unit by strengthening Daily Management Systems, improving equipment reliability, and supporting digital transformation initiatives at the Russellville manufacturing facility. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Serve as a technical subject matter expert and trainer for line and operations team resources, using personnel and contractor support as needed. Oversee the production line centerline management system, including identifying centerline points and establishing standards.
