About this role

Job Description: Works on manufacturing improvement projects where analysis of processes, production data, workflows, and operational performance requires the application of engineering judgment and problem-solving techniques. Exercises judgment within established procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions and drive operational excellence initiatives. This role is primarily focused on process optimization, manufacturing efficiency improvements, layout design, capacity analysis, waste reduction, and continuous improvement activities across multiple Value Streams. The position works closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to identify opportunities and implement sustainable improvements that enhance operational performance.…
