Job Summary The Associate Regulatory Compliance Specialist performs administrative permitting, reporting, reviewing of documents, and tracking of regulatory documents for governmental agencies. This position assists in ensuring full compliance with internal and external rules and regulations while providing support to other regulatory staff as required for the overall success of our operations. Duties and Responsibilities Prepares and enters in data online or in paper form for filing of drilling permits/renewals, sundry notices, and other miscellaneous regulatory documents with state and federal agencies. Tracks, gathers, and organizes information needed for regulatory filings/compliance to meet deadlines. Works closely with field personnel on state and federal compliance requirements.…
