Buscamos um(a) enfermeiro(a) para atuar como Consultor(a) de Educação ao Paciente no programa me+, oferecendo orientação especializada a pessoas com estomia e incontinência urinária em hospitais, polos de dispensação e no domicílio. A função envolve captar e educar pacientes e familiares sobre o autocuidado, construir relações com profissionais de saúde e apoiar o crescimento do programa por meio de uma atuação consultiva, estratégica e altamente comunicativa. É uma posição dinâmica, com forte autonomia, metas mensais e interação constante com as equipes de vendas, marketing e suporte ao paciente.
