IP Litigation Paralegal Cooley is seeking an IP Litigation Paralegal to join the IP Litigation team. Position Summary: The IP Litigation Paralegal is responsible for providing paralegal support during all phases of the IP litigation process, from the commencement of a new action to the discovery period and through trial and post-trial findings and appeals.
