BIC Manager (New Business) Cooley is seeking a BIC Manager (New Business) for the Business Intake and Conflicts team. Position summary: The BIC Manager (New Business/Specialized Conflicts) is responsible for the oversight and management of team daily operations, including but not limited to efficient conflicts, business intake, and compliance request processing and review, within a designated region/ group. Additionally, the BIC Manager (New Business/Specialized) is responsible for the supervision of team daily activities which include timecard processing, performance management duties, consistent team feedback, mentoring, and coaching.
