About the role: Op Landgoed ’t Loo draait alles om een ontspannen vakantie én volop plezier. Als Shiftleader Animatieteam zorg jij er samen met het animatieteam voor dat gasten van jong tot oud een geweldige tijd beleven. Van sport- en spelactiviteiten tot creatieve activiteiten en entertainment: jij houdt overzicht, zorgt dat alles goed verloopt en springt bij waar nodig. Je bent tijdens jouw shift het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en gasten. Je werkt operationeel mee, houdt de kwaliteit van de activiteiten in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat het team goed voorbereid aan de slag kan. Je weet wat er moet gebeuren, houdt het hoofd koel als het druk wordt en zorgt samen met je collega’s voor een gastvrije en veilige omgeving.…
