SUMMARY The Accountant II plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial records by performing daily, monthly, and annual accounting tasks. This includes managing the general ledger, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end and year-end close processes, and supporting audits and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company policies. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Review, analyze and prepare monthly journal entries for month end close, including expense accruals, amortizations, cost allocations, and any others that may be required .
