- As the Bail Division continues to pursue strategic growth initiatives, this position will be responsible for expanding our agency force while maintaining underwriting discipline and fostering strong relationships with our agents and industry partners. The position also provides valuable field support through agency audits, underwriting guidance, training, and representation of company before state and national bail associations and legislative bodies. Key Accountabilities/Deliverables: Recruit, appoint, and develop qualified bail bond agencies. Underwrite agency appointments and large bond submissions.
