About this role
Core One seeks a Human Resource Generalist - Associate who will be part of an energetic and motivated team that directly impacts the growth and success of our organization. The Human Resource Generalist has responsibility over the day-to-day activities within human resources. The position will interact daily with the Recruiting staff, Hiring Managers, Accounting, and Program Managers at the Company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain day to day benefits administration and employee inquiries
Oversee and execute new hire orientation, including onboarding logistics, and compliance tasks
