About this role
Support the health, safety, and success of Cornell Cooperative Extension operations at Volker House by providing custodial services, general maintenance, facility support, and assistance with seasonal and special projects. Coordinate with designated Energy Team staff to maintain a safe, clean, welcoming, and functional facility. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. One year of custodial, facilities, maintenance, property management, groundskeeping, or related experience. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Ability to safely use cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the day.
