About this role
This position will serve as the East Meadow Farm (EMF) Facilities Coordinator for Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Nassau County. Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: cleaning and maintaining the Association’s grounds and physical facilities to ensure the safety of staff, volunteers, participants, and the public; follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules; mowing; snow removal; repairs; minor carpentry and construction projects; maintenance of equipment; storing rental vehicles; set up/breakdown for programs and events; and coordinating facility needs with the Association Program Leader and/or designated staff/volunteers. The position will assist at the Dorothy P. Flint (DPF) 4-H Camp and CCE-NC Headquarters in Eisenhower Park as needed.…
