ABA Clinical Director

Cortica is looking for an ABA Clinical Director to join its growing team! The ABA Clinical Director provides clinical and operational leadership for the site’s ABA program, supervising and developing ABA Supervisors (BCBAs) and Assistant Supervisors while ensuring high-quality clinical care and adherence to best practices. This role is responsible for mentoring clinicians, supporting staff development, managing hiring and performance, and ensuring accurate clinical supervision and documentation.
