Role Summary The Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems & IT Operations is accountable for the reliable, secure and compliant operation of the systems and services that run our commercial, finance and workplace technology. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Systems & IT Operations, this role directly leads the Enterprise Systems Operations team and the IT Operations team, and owns IT Service Management (ITSM) practice — change, incident and problem management, access governance and audit compliance — across the broader technology portfolio.
