Als Founder's Associate Praktikant:in arbeitest du direkt mit unserem Gründerteam – an strategischen Initiativen genauso wie im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Die Rolle ist analytisch und extrem hands-on: Du arbeitest mit Zahlen, baust mit AI-Tools echte Lösungen und treibst eigene Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Wir suchen jemanden, der Vollgas geben will, maximale Verantwortung sucht und in kurzer Zeit mehr lernen möchte als in Jahren im Konzern.
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern bei strategischen Initiativen und operativen Aufgaben
- Analyse von Revenue- und Financial-Daten: Zahlen verstehen, Muster erkennen, Roadblocks und Bottlenecks identifizieren und daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten…
