About this role

At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to our patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions. The Director of Interoperability will lead Counterpart Health’s healthcare interoperability strategy and serve as the external face of our work in the industry. This person will shape how CA and Clover engage with the national interoperability ecosystem leveraging FHIR-based data exchange, working on driving the policy, standards, and partner relationships that will define the next generation of healthcare data sharing.…
