Compensation Range $101,088.00 - $141,544.00 -- Job Description Summary This position is a member of the Assessor's Senior Management Team and is responsible for directing and supervising all activities of the Administration team. The position is responsible for assisting with the coordination of real and personal property assessment and appraisal to ensure proper classification and valuation. Use of analytical tools is required. This position is responsible for the completion of all mandatory reports such as notice of valuation, abstract of assessment, certification, tax roll, and balancing tax dollar warrant reports.
