Compensation Range $27.62 - $35.90 -- Job Description Summary This position provides direct supervision and leadership to a work crew of young adults participating in the TIGHT or AmeriCorps programs. Typical ages range from 14–18 for TIGHT participants and 16–35 for AmeriCorps members. The Crew Leader works alongside participants on labor based project sites, modeling effective work habits, safe practices, and quality workmanship. This includes performing and demonstrating manual labor tasks and working outdoors year round. The role supports participants' job skill development, educational progress, and life skill growth while ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate completion of assigned projects.…
