About this role

職位概述（Role Overview） Coupang 正重新定義購物體驗，而我們的程式化廣告（Programmatic Ad）產品正驅動新一代電商整合。我們正在尋找一位具策略思維的客戶經理（Account Manager），負責管理台灣的聯盟夥伴（Affiliate partners）。此職位將專注於發展與優化媒體/網站夥伴關係、推動更深入的 API 整合，以及透過 Coupang 的聯盟技術（Affiliate Technologies）挖掘長期變現機會。你將與產品、工程與合作夥伴團隊密切合作，以最大化合作夥伴績效、營收成長與整合深度。工作內容（What You Will Do） 1. 夥伴成長與帳戶管理（Partner Growth & Account Management）負責並拓展台灣地區 App 與網站媒體夥伴組合推動既有帳戶的營收成長、留存與業務擴展發掘升級機會，將夥伴從基礎展示型變現（display）提升至 API 驅動的電商整合模式與產品、工程及商務團隊等關鍵利害關係人建立長期穩定關係作為合作夥伴的主要聯絡窗口與信任顧問 2. 技術解決方案顧問與整合優化（Technical Solution Consulting & Integration Optimization）作為策略顧問，協助媒體夥伴優化 Coupang 搜尋與推薦 API 的整合效果與夥伴工程團隊合作，提升整合品質、資料流與整體效能分析績效數據，提出優化建議以提升轉換率、互動率與變現能力與 Coupang 內部產品與工程團隊跨部門合作，解決問題並推動功能優化 3. 營收優化與程式化策略（Revenue Optimization & Programmatic Strategy）…
