Job Summary: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintains competencies on Mother/Baby, GYN, Pedi and basic Med-Surg. Maintains competencies in either L&D or ‘sick baby’ management (L&D track and/or Nursery track). Once training and competencies are completed in the RN’s designated ‘track’, and the Clinical Director and Clinical Resource Nurse deem appropriate, the RN may train to the other track if desired—both sets of competencies must be maintained.
