Location SAINT LOUIS, MO 63110 Position Summary The Department of Surgery invites applications for a postdoctoral position in an NIH-funded laboratory investigating how neutrophil glycogen metabolism controls lung transplant injury. Our laboratory focuses on identifying underlying mechanisms of lung transplant rejection and interstitial lung disease. A successful candidate will be expected to independently conduct studies with human and mouse tissue specimens and have some experience with rodent microsurgery and tissue harvesting. This position also requires retrieving biospecimens from the operating room, being comfortable working with radioactive metabolic tracers, and performing metabolic assays.…
