Location ST. LOUIS, MO 63110 Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary This position will support ongoing research in the lab through a combination of cell culture, molecular biology, and animal work. Responsibilities include maintaining primary and immortalized cell lines, isolating RNA and protein from cells and tissues, and performing routine molecular biology techniques such as gel electrophoresis, PCR, and Western blotting. The role will also involve assisting with mouse colony maintenance and basic animal handling procedures in support of in vivo experiments. Assists with laboratory duties in a research setting; performs routine tests with direction from the supervisor, manager or higher-level technician.…
