Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary The RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator serves as a vital liaison between patients and cardiology providers in a busy outpatient practice, supporting 2–4 physicians or advanced practice providers. This hybrid role combines direct patient support, telephone triage, symptom assessment, patient education, care coordination, and follow-up management to ensure exceptional patient care. Clinical responsibilities may be based across multiple cardiology locations throughout the St. Louis region.
