About SUMMARY: The Finance Director, Payroll (ADP) will directly manage, and provide strategic, tactical, and operational leadership for the development, and sustainment of systems, processes, and resources for enterprise Payroll operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of Payroll services, driving best practices and process improvements in the Payroll function. Will lead and provide strategic direction to the Payroll team. Develops and directs the preparation of reports summarizing payroll, bonus payments, deductions, withholdings, etc. Directs the audit of payroll summaries, bank balances, labor and wage reports, and payroll operations.
