Coordinates Return Materials Authorization (RMA) and Material Review Board (MRB) processes, performs quality audits, monitors Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control compliance, and creates quality reports. Performs independently one or more of specific quality-related disciplines within the organization’s quality program, including maintaining calibrated inspection and test equipment, document control and supplier quality incident resolution.…
