About this role

Position summary We are looking for a LATAM Policy & Regulatory Specialist to support and expand Crystal’s fast-growing business in the blockchain and cryptocurrency compliance sector across Latin America. This is a high-visibility, strategic role at the intersection of regulatory advisory, public-sector engagement, and commercial development. You will represent Crystal across associations, industry groups, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, and financial institutions, while also supporting sales and product teams with regulatory expertise and market intelligence. As Crystal’s regional regulatory ambassador, you will help keep the company ahead of regulatory developments, strengthen our public- and private-sector relationships, and identify business opportunities across LATAM.…
