About this role
The Ag Factory Yard Assistant Foreman is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the piling site including equipment maintenance, personnel management, communications, and the enforcement of safety and operating policies to achieve proper storage of a quality sugarbeet crop. Principle accountabilities include but are not limited to: Provide direction and assistance with operating, repairing and maintaining piler equipment. Needs to be familiar with all job duties at the site including operating a piler, taking samples, running a loader, operating the scale house computer, etc. Enforce all American Crystal Sugar work rules. Keep record of needed repairs and communicate that to the repair crew. Enforce Heat, Frost, and Safety Policies.…
