About this role

For CTS EVENTIM’s complex IT systems to run smoothly, you will get a backstage pass to our server room. During your apprenticeship, you will learn all the important theoretical and practical skills needed to become an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) . You will get to know all the key areas of IT and take on responsibility for administration, maintenance and user support. What you can expect from us Together with our teams, you will learn how to: work in a wide range of IT areas and build extensive knowledge of computer and network systems. support and develop Europe’s largest ticketing platform. analyze and solve IT problems, such as network issues, problems in the data center or errors reported to end-user support. set up, administer and maintain IT systems.…
