About this role

Your mission Erstellung und Aktualisierung der Vertragsvorlagen zur Sicherung von Grundstücken für unsere Wind-, Solar- und BESS-Projekte (etwa Nutzungsverträge für die Projektflächen, Kabelgestattungs- und Wegerechtsverträge). Hauptansprechpartner*in für das Land Managementteam zu allen Fragen rund um Nutzungsverträge und Freigabe von Templates. Beratung der Projektentwicklung, des Land Managements und des Asset Managements zu grundstücksrechtlichen Fragestellungen. Unterstützung der Projektentwicklung bei Verhandlungen mit Grundstückseigentümern. Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilung bei laufenden projektbezogenen Rechtsfragen im Bereich des Zivilrechts.
