Position Summary Cuesta Partners is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition efforts across multiple hiring initiatives. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our hiring process running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll help identify and engage candidates, support pipeline development, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s interested in recruitment and excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
