As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while working as an integral member of our interdisciplinary team. In partnership with Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, providers, therapy, social services, dietary, and facility leadership, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, communicate changes to the appropriate clinical staff, and ensure accurate documentation.
