Job Title Critical Facility Technician (CFT) Job Description Summary Provide hands-on technical support for electrical and mechanical systems during shifts to keep critical facility operations running at Tier III standards. Remain on-site at all times, serve as the first responder for checks and minor issues, and support Shift Engineers. Job Description About the role: Perform routine equipment checks and walkthroughs; log readings and report issues in the AMS. Assist Shift Engineers with maintenance tasks (planned and reactive) across systems. Respond quickly to BMS/EPMS alarms; assess and inform the Shift Engineer. Follow Permit-to-Work and LOTO procedures; never work on live equipment without approval. Support vendors and OEMs during site visits.…
