Job Title Surveyor Job Description Summary Job Description Key Responsibilities Undertake valuations of healthcare properties for a variety of purposes including secured lending, financial reporting, acquisitions, and disposals. Inspect and analyse a broad range of healthcare assets, assessing operational performance alongside real estate value. Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards. Conduct market research and financial analysis to support valuation assumptions and advisory work. Provide strategic advice to clients on healthcare property investments and portfolio performance.
