HR Generalist - Fixed Term (maternity cover) Employee Relations & Engagement Act as the primary HR contact for plant employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts. Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention. Organize and support employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities. Asssit Plant Managers with employee relations issues, disciplinaries, grievance etc. Work with HR Director to ensure timely communications Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in recruiting skilled workers and professionals for the plant, coordinating with hiring managers.
