This role is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent to build active and evergreen candidate pipelines that feed our open and anticipated requisitions. Working in close partnership with recruiters, hiring managers, and the TA Coordinator, the Sourcer ensures a steady flow of qualified, screened candidates and a smooth hand-off into the coordination and interview workflow.
