Job Title Facility Executive - Technical Job Description Summary Job Description Role & responsibilities Operations & Maintenance Daily monitoring and operation of all MEP systems, HVAC, DG sets, UPS, STP/WTP, and fire systems. Execution of Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective maintenance schedules as per OEM and statutory guidelines. Minimize equipment downtime through proactive maintenance and timely rectification. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (electrical licenses, fire NOC, pollution control norms, etc.). Maintain safety protocols, PTW (Permit to Work), LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) compliance. Support in internal/external audits and certifications (ISO, Energy Audit, Fire Safety Audit).…
