Job Title Floor Technician-3rd Shift Job Description Summary The Floor Tech will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and perform a variety of floor care duties for C&W Services. Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of C&W Services. Job Description Typical Job Duties and Responsibilities: Sweep & mop floors, and other surfaces. Use light and heavy (commercial type) floor machines and shampoo machines including attachments. Spot clean carpet daily and shampoo when directed. Monitors possible defects and reports to supervisors. Performs work: strip and refinish VCT, extract carpet, top scrub and recoat VCT, operate rider scrubber in plant area and additional floor duties as needed.…
