Job Title Portfolio Manager Job Description Summary This position requires to effectively deliver Transactions aligning with the strategy for Real Estate portfolio and its contract in Japan. The resource will work closely along with the RDC (Real Estate & Data Center Services) Leader and the team in Japan as well as APAC. Responsible for the timely transaction management of all lease contracts on behalf of local and/or regional manager of RDC. Responsibilities include market optimization planning, monitoring internal/external workflows to ensure consistent quality of service and work product and mentoring and/or oversight of the Transaction Coordinator role.
