About this role

Regional Director Reporting : Position reports to a Senior Vice President of Operations CWS Portfolio : 104 properties, 30,000+ class A units in North Carolina, California, Georgia, Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Tennessee and Washington. CWS expects the portfolio to grow to 150 properties in the next five years. What You Will Do As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of successful property management for a portfolio of apartment properties. This includes overseeing the performance of on-site personnel, ensuring the properties are in compliance with all CWS safety practices, implementing operating policies and regulatory requirements, and keeping the properties clean and in working condition.…
