About this role

Role Summary The Senior Process Analyst plays a critical role in defining and modelling future-state business processes that enable successful implementation of FNZ’s platform solutions for our clients. Operating as a subject matter expert in BPMN and end-to-end process modelling, the Senior PA translates approved requirements and solutions into accurate, scalable business process artefacts that support delivery, testing, business readiness, and operational adoption. The Senior PA collaborates closely with Solution Consultants, Functional Leads, Product, QA, Business Readiness and client SMEs to ensure that business processes are complete, compliant, traceable, and aligned with the agreed proposition and future-state operating model.…
