About this role
**ACTIVE TS/SCI w/CI POLY SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED**
As a Mission Hardware Engineer, you will provide installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support of information systems and related peripheral hardware to a mission critical program.
Screen, refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of computers and related systems
Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software
Provide end-user hardware and software troubleshooting and support
Replace network and fiber cable
Decommission old systems
Install, configure, and maintain VTCs, TVs, and phone systems
Coordinate development of deliverables and products
Must be able to track project studies, plans, action items, etc.…
