About this role

PURPOSE: Learn about and support the administration, implementation, analysis, and continuous improvement of Dairyland Power Cooperative’s Organizational Effectiveness programs. This year-round internship provides hands-on experience supporting programs, data analysis, corrective action, human performance, project coordination, and process improvement. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1.
