This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the clinical culture, developing the team, and creating the kind of environment where clinicians can do their best work. As our founding BCBA, you’ll have significant clinical autonomy and the opportunity to help establish the systems and standards that will guide the clinic as it grows.
