About this role

Dark Wolf is seeking a motivated, security-conscious Tier 2 IT Support Engineer to join our internal IT group. In this role, you will serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, managing a broad spectrum of internal systems spanning corporate networks, cloud environments, identity management, and end-user support.The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in modern IT infrastructure, a passion for troubleshooting, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, high-tech national security contractor environment. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving advanced hardware, software, network, and cloud access issues escalated from Tier 1 help desk support.…
