About this role

CSQ327R104 You will build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects (DSAs) responsible for the post-sales success of Databricks' largest Financial Services customers. This is one of the most consequential delivery leadership roles in the company. The customers in your portfolio anchor a strategic vertical for Databricks, and your team's work directly determines how quickly Data and AI transforms how they do business. As a DSA Manager you set the technical strategy across your portfolio, decide where to invest your team's capacity, and partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and our Systems Integrator ecosystem to move use cases from kickoff to production.
