About this role

Datadog’s EMEA GTM Strategy & Operations team is responsible for both strategic planning and day‑to‑day operational excellence across the region. The team uncovers, analyzes, and prioritizes improvement opportunities that drive incremental revenue and operational efficiency. We build business cases for EMEA investment, optimize resources during annual planning, and collaborate closely with global teams to enhance systems, tools, programs, and processes. We also lead the execution of global initiatives within EMEA and share best practices across regions to accelerate global scale. As part of the EMEA GTM Strategy & Operations team, you’ll work with sales leaders and global partners to improve how we plan, execute, and automate core GTM processes across the region.…
