About this role

This position serves as an employee resource for all HR needs and works collaboratively with our internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years prior experience in Human Resources, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures, including current labor laws and technical recruiting. We are seeking someone who connects with people, is organized and has a detail-oriented mindset. Looking for successful experience with recruitment of technical mid/senior/executive level candidates - including programmers, data scientists, data analysts. Hybrid: 1st 6 months in office, then consideration of 1 WFH day, then another WFH day after another 6 months. Typical is 3 days in office.
